Registration confirms your child’s Kids Church approval, prepares parents for check in and check out, and helps us keep every child safe and communicated with clearly.
Your child will receive a Kids Church QR ID once it is available. A separate email will be sent when the ID is ready for use, and registration only needs to be done one time unless updates are needed.
We only collect essential child and parent information needed for ministry communication and child safety.

During check in, the parent or guardian scans the child’s QR code and selects who is checking in the child in the system. For security, the same person who checks in the child must also check out the child. If a different guardian attempts check out, the system may show an error, so any change in authorized pick up should be coordinated with the Kids Church team in advance.
For check out, the parent or guardian presents their own QR code to the Kids Church team. Our leaders verify the release in the system, the child is called, and the child is released after verification. A timestamp confirmation email is sent after every successful check out.
Check in opens 20 minutes before service starts and closes 15 minutes after service starts for security purposes. For example, if the service starts at 10:00 AM, check in opens at 9:40 AM and closes at 10:15 AM. Parents are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays.
Only authorized parents or guardians may pick up the child. Please keep the QR code ready during both check in and check out, inform the Kids Church team immediately for any updates on guardianship or authorized pick up, and keep contact information updated for emergency purposes.
Parents will receive email notifications for check in confirmation with timestamp, check out confirmation with timestamp, and ID availability notification.
